My name is Francis Neilan. I qualified as a veterinary surgeon from University College Dublin in 1996. I have spent the last 14 years working in a veterinary practice in Ireland. I would be delighted to help anyone who may have any questions for me in the area of small animal health and care.

I am seeking to help you in any way I can. Perhaps, you have just come back from the vets and you would like some additional information on a condition that has been diagnosed. Maybe, you would like a health issue explained to you in a less formal manner. Or even if you have specific questions relating to our products, like:

• How they work
• Can they be used in conjunction with other OTC or prescriptive medicines

I would be delighted to answer your questions on a myriad of different issues. I can give you advice on nutrition, behavioural problems and any difficulties you may have in coping with the loss of your pet. If you seek information on alternatives to conventional Veterinary Medicine that is fine too.
