I'm writing to congratulate you on a superb product - namely Serene-UM for cats. I was told about these drops by a friend as my 3 year old female cat has recently started spraying around the house, especially when I leave her in the company of my partner. Until the start of last year I lived alone and Chica (the cat) grew up with me as the only adult in the house. She was fine until I went to my moms for the week in October and since then she has become very nervous, clingy and scared of her own shadow. She stopped playing, wouldn't go out in the garden and sprayed in various rooms around the house. My partner doesn't really understand cats and so her behaviour put a real strain on our relationship.
But then I was told about Serene-UM drops and to tell the truth I was a bit sceptical - but I was ready to try anything. I bought a diffuser a few months ago and have since paid out for at least 3 refills but ironically she took to spraying right next to the diffuser!! Anyway I bought a bottle of Serene-UM Drops last Thursday and they started work within days. Today is Tuesday and it's like she's a new cat, back to her old playful ways and causing havoc with my other cats. She spends ages in the garden and has thankfully stopped spraying in the house. She has even started accepting treats from my partner which really came as a surprise. In fact, she's become one of the happiest little cats I know. So in short, thank you thank you thank you...from both myself and little Chica.
I felt that I just had to contact you in regards to the above product.
To cut a long story short, I had to move into rented lodgings last March and my beautiful female cat Smudge (aged 12) had to go to live with my mum.
After a month or so, I thought that she would settle in and I went to see her regularly. Needless to say, she didn't.
Over the past months, she became more and more depressed. She would go to the toilet anywhere but in the litter tray, she wouldn't go outside, she would hide herself away and only come out briefly to eat. It was extremely stressful for all of us and we had no clue as to how to make her better.
My mum was in our Telford branch of Pets At Home last week, looking for an efective cat piddle deodorizer, when she saw the box of Serene-UM and though she had never heard of anything like it, thought she would give it a try.
It has been nothing short of a miracle!
Smudge has at last returned to the lovable, playful, social cat she used to be!

My 9 year old Maltese has had the absolute worst breath! I have her teeth cleaned every 6 months and have bought absolutely every product ever made for bad breath. Well I bought your treats about a month ago and began giving Sugar 3 treats every morning. Well she loves the treats and she does not smell any longer!! You must understand that my Sugar is beside me 24/7 and her breath was so horrid I couldnt not stand it. But now, she is smell free and I can stand to kiss her little cheeks without plugging my nose.

I just wanted you to know that my sweet Molly never has eaten anything other than her canned and dry food, doesn't like "people" food and I'd tried all sorts of treats, wouldn't touch them until !! I recently tried your breathe and dental care treats and she loves them .
I wanted to write and express my happiness with your Milky Flake-ums for Kittens product. My newly adopted rescue kitten absolutely loves them! She comes running when she hears the bag opening. It's good to know that I can give her a treat she enjoys and is good for her. I find that they are a good training aide; they are an easy to carry, small instant reward for her. It’s rare for me to contact a manufacturer to rave about a product, but I had to write and tell you how much Defurr-UM cat treats have helped my cat. I’ve tried all sorts of supplements but she has always refused to eat them. This fall she was shedding more than usual and suffering from hairballs. I found Defurr-UM treats at Pet Smart and decided to try them. Not only have the treats cured the hairballs and given her a beautiful, shiny coat, but she actually BEGS for them. This is a cat that turns her nose up at just about everything! Thank you for making a product that works so well and is so easy to administer.
I would just like to say what a fantastic product your travel treats are. I have a 4 month old border terrier who could not travel a single mile in the car without being sick, today after taking just two of your travel treats she has done a 110 mile round trip without being sick, for once it was a pleasure to take her out with us. I have to admit to being very skeptical about your Serene-Um tablets but as my dog is extremely frightened of fireworks I was willing to give them a try, We started giving them to her halfway through October as recommended by the vet, I cannot thank you enough the change in her was astounding. She even ventured out into the garden whilst the fireworks were going off, something she would have never done before.
I am the owner of a 5 year old African Gray Parrot that I have had since shortly after he hatched. Leaving him overnight whilst I visit relatives upsets him, leaving him whilst I go on holiday devestates him. Anything that upsets Saturn makes him pluck.
Whilst wandering through a pet store about 4 months ago, I came across your product. It said suitable for cats/dogs/small animals. I had nothing to lose.
Four months down the line, Saturn is a different parrot. I'm going away Sunday night and I know that I can go without having to worry about him. Four drops into some fresh juice on a teaspoon on the morning I go and the following morning by his carer and I know that when I come home, Saturn will be happy and pleased to see me and the most important thing, intact!

Before I start I must emphasis that this is not an advertisement of any kind, but rather some information that I would like to share with everyone.
“Gunner” is a 3 year old standard poodle, who has always been a very hyperactive highly intelligent and sometimes arrogant dog. For example, he invents games for himself, such as opening our rabbit hutches, lifting out the rabbits and then chasing them around the garden ! He also rolls golf balls up and down on our coffee table, before managing to catch them before they fall on the floor. He will also sit and stare at a wall for ages just because he has seen a cat on that wall some weeks ago. Shadows appear to fascinate him and he will not do his business if there is a shadow anywhere near to him. All in all he has always been a most challenging dog – to put it mildly – although on reaching maturity his behavior has become a little less extreme.
In October of last year however his world fell apart when his dearest friend – our lovely Rhodesian Ridgeback called Simba – collapsed and died very suddenly and he was now with his playmate. Six weeks later a further tragedy when our Standard Poodle, Arhie, who was the pack leader, died from heart failure after a two month illness. With Archie around, Gunner changed. He could not cope with the loss of his two best friends or with a Mum and Dad who were also clearly very upset. He now became withdrawn, did not want to do obedience training which he previously loved, became fearful of virtually everything and was unable to show any affection towards us. He would also pace the floor all evening and just could not settle during the day.
I was desperate to help him and just by chance spotted the Serene-Um drops, manufactured by Mark and Chappell Ltd, in our local pet store. I had used the tablets before on all our dogs, particularly on Guy Fawkes Night and whenever I had known that a firework display was likely to take place, with very good results. Gunner was now put on the maximum dosage three times daily and after only 3 days I had already noticed that he had stopped pacing the floor and staring at the wall. His eyes became softer, he would have a little sleep in the afternoon and he became much more affectionate again. His obedience training improved no end and he returned into a relaxed and normal dog that wanted to please rather than challenge.
I kept Gunner on the high dosage for 14 days and then reduced it to once daily which I am going to continue a little longer. After all, Serene-Um consists of natural ingredients mainly with Vit B vitamins. With the help of Serene-Um, Gunner’s little world is perfect again. It may be that he had a Vit B deficiency for a long time and that his nervous system could no longer cope. However, whatever his problems may have been, as a result of Serene-Um, he is certainly a lovely and happy dog again.
