Certain products indicated 'Not for Sale in US or Canada' will not be shipped to these relevant territories
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. Whilst Mark & Chappell Ltd will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.

All prices are displayed excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are dependent on the total order value.
Mark & Chappell Ltd liability for any injury, damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Mark & Chappell Ltd or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased together with any shipping costs paid.
If, in the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform a member of our Mail Order team within 48 hours providing details of the nature of the defect or shortage. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
