Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased at www.markandchappell.com, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your order by email or phoning our Mail Order Helpline in the UK on +44 1582 583 303 between 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri. The item must be in the original packaging and in an unused state. We will not be able to accept items returned which do not meet these criteria.

Mark & Chappell can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at www.markandchappell.com.

• To request a return, customers us contact our mail order sales team and request a Product Return Reference number (PRN)
• Any items approved for return must be returned un-opened, unused and is a saleable condition
• All items return must quote the above PRN reference
• On receipt of the returned item(s), a member of the mail order team will contact you with details of your refund
• Please note that postage & packaging costs shall only be refunded in the event of an error on our part in processing the order or damaged / faulty goods, and where the entire order is returned
• If the order is returned for any other reason, a re-stocking charge of 10% of the product value will apply
• Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy
