My name is Sara Whittaker and I have been working with dogs and cats for over 13 years. In 1997 I developed my own behaviour practice for dogs and cats, WitsEnd®, and opened up dog training schools in both Leicester and Cambridge.

I like to think that my practice is progressive, and I am always looking for new ways and approaches to help pets. It was during a research stage that I was recommended Serene-UM, as an aid to help modify and adjust behavioural problems by combining its use with reward based training techniques and behavioural solutions.

Serene-UM is recommended by me and my team to many of the 450 behaviour clients seen at my practice every year; In order for you to fully understand how Serene-UM works and see just how effective the product can be in helping with a broad range of behaviour related problems, I have teamed up with Mark & Chappell to put together this simple guide.

CREDENTIALS: Qualified with a Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Therapy (DipCABT), Sara is an accomplished author of articles, a regular monthly guest on BBC radio and has filmed behaviour consultations at RSPCA Woodside for Channel 4’s Pet Rescue. In addition, Sara is a lecturer at a number of colleges across the UK, including The College of Animal Welfare, Anglia Polytechnic University and Brooksby Melton College.
